Deposit Required

To secure your wedding date, a £100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit also covers the cost of your bridal hair and/or makeup trial.

Should you decide not to proceed following your trial, no further payment will be required. However, please note that the £100 deposit remains non-refundable (please see below for more).

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please note that the makeup trial fees are non-refundable. This policy reflects both the time and resources dedicated to your trial, as well as the commitment to reserving the date for your wedding. By scheduling a trial, I block out the wedding date in my calendar, which may have been allocated to another bridal party. Thank you for your understanding.

Bridal Trial Appointments

Bridal trials typically last between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours when both hair and makeup are included. If you are booking only one service (hair or makeup), your trial time will be shorter.

Please note that all hair types and face shapes are different, so trial times may vary slightly to ensure each look is perfectly tailored to you. Every trial is unrushed and designed to give you the time needed to create your ideal bridal look.

When you contact me regarding your wedding, I’ll ask a few key details to help me check availability and create the perfect schedule for your day:

•⁠  ⁠The location where you’ll be getting ready

•⁠  ⁠Details of your bridal party (bridesmaids, mothers, etc.)

•⁠  ⁠Who is having which services (hair, makeup, or both)

Having this information allows me to plan your morning smoothly and ensure everything runs calmly and on time.

I am North West based but more than happy to travel for your special day. Whether you’re getting ready locally or planning a destination wedding, I’ll be there to ensure your bridal hair and makeup is just as perfect as you’ve imagined.
